Electroplated CBN grinding wheel for engine valve slots. The material of superabrasive include two materials—Diamond and CBN. Compared with the common grinding wheel, superabrasive grinding wheel has more superior performance in all respects—high strength, long life, sharp cutting, high grinding efficiency, good shape retention and high accuracy control, ect.

The Electroplated CBN wheels are used for form grinding of the engine valve grooves of the lock, the neck, disk cone, disk round, disk end face etc...
Also resin bond and metal bond cutting wheels are developed for cutting rod end.
